PlantInt for Commercial Use
PlantInt offers "Commercial" accounts which allow a wider variety of metrics to be recorded, train small models to estimate future crop yields from recorded data. PlantInt Commercial accounts are also offered sensors to periodically record certain metrics and give alerts on sudden environemntal changes that may need attention.
PlantInt Commercial accounts are able to record the following metrics:
- New Sprouts - number of newly sprouted plants
- Air Temperature - Current air temperature (sesnors only record in celsius)
- Light Intensity - Current intensity of light on plant surface (sensors only record in lumens)
- Day Length - Time crops have been in indirect/direct lighting (sensors are able to determine this)
- Soil PH - PH of soil
- Soil Mositure - (sensors record moisture as a percent)
- Wind Speed
- Wind Length - Duration of wind being applied to crops
- Foilage - Number of leaves each plant has
- Fruits - Number of fruits each plant has produced
- Watering
- Plant Height - Average height of all plants or the tallest plant
- Added fertilizer
- Air Humidity
After crops are harvested while still being "active" their metrics will be included in a dataset used to estimate yields for future crops, this is intended to help determine how crops should be treated to increase yields.
