PlantInt Models
PlantInt Commercial allows gardeners and farmers to track a wide variety of variables that their plants and crops are subjected to over the season and life. Over the course of several seasons of accuratley and consistently tracking metrics you could manually identify differences in recorded metrics and understand exactly how they influence crop yield or plant health.
PlantInt models are created automatically from recorded crop metrics to estimate crop yields. Model projections are applied to all crops of the same plant species. Only harvested crops that are set to "active" are included in models.
At least 3 active harvested crops need to be included for a model to be generated, model information can be view on Plant Species information page.
Required metrics
For more accurate projections and recomendations crops included in your models must include at least 3 of the following metrics:
- Watering
- Air temperature
- Light intensity
- Day length
- Added fertilizer
- Plant Height
- Foilage count
The results from crop yield projections may have some inaccuracies and are only based on what has currently been recorded, as this feature continues to develop it will be able to give more detailed insights on crop treatment.
