PlantInt Subscription Cancelation
You can cancel your PlantInt subscription to change plans or payment methods, or if you want to stop using PlantInt and want your recorded data to be kept accessible.
In your account settings there is a button labeled "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" by clicking this you will be asked for confirmation to cancel your subscription. After canceling a subscription you can go to your account settings to select a new plan, if switching from a Commercial account to Personal account you will still see recorded metrics and notes, data is not lost after canceling a subscription.
