These terms and conditions govern the use of PlantInt (the "Service") from epokingine.com (the "Site"). This Services is owned and operated by Epokingine ("we/us/our").

By using this Service, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions along with Epokingine Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

By using this Service, you indicate that you have read and understand our Privacy Policy

The Epokingine Terms and Conditions apply to the Service, anything that is not mentioned in PlantInt Terms and Conditions but is mentioned in Epokingine Terms and Conditions will apply.

All content published and made available in our Service is the property of Epokingine. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Service.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software, nor permit any third party to do so, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law, notwithstanding this limitation.

You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Service, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying structure, ideas, or algorithms of the Service, except as expressly permitted by law.

When you create an account in our Service, you agree to the following:

1. You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account; and
2. You follow instructions included in forms that are needed for creating an account
3. All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will update your personal information if it changes.

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of this Service.

The Service will be paid for in full when an account is created then every month on the day it was created.

All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about the Service is as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the Service we provide. You agree to purchase the Service from our Site at your own risk.

PlantInt is still in early development and may consistently have issues that we may not be aware of.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any possible refund.

Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.

To cancel a subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account and go to your Account settings
2. At the bottom of the page there will be a set of instructions to delete/cancel the account for the Service

We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

1. Credit card;
2. Debit card;

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

You acknowledge that we may use third parties to manage and process payment, by using these third parties you also agree to their seperate terms and conditions.

We provide refunds for the Service as follows:

1. In the event that you are unintentionally overcharged; and
2. In the event that you are unintentionally charged for services when you should not be

We will not provide refunds for the Service as follows:

1. You delete/cancel your account after billing; and
2. Your account creation failed because of inaccurate information (ex: using a different email for PlantInt account and billing email address)

In the event that you used a different email addresses for your PlantInt account and billing email please contact support@epokingine.com

Where the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario), or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

You acknowledge that our accessibility and language features may not be as useful as expected or allow all users to be able to easily use our Site and services.

We are a small organization and may not always be able to uphold our values but we will try our best to make sure our Site and services can be used and understood by anyone.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email or messages within Epokingine services of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
